Although it might feel strange to read this,
stress, if handled the right way, is good for you.
It makes you stronger, pushes you to new places,
and keeps you from
becoming complacent in your life.
It’s very likely that
when you think of times of adversity,
they were also the times you grew the most.

聽起來好像蠻奇怪,
但『壓力』若是處理得當,其實對自己是有益處的。
『壓力』會使人更堅強、能推動人進入新的境界、
並不至於使人在人生中因著自滿而停滯不前。
當人以為是在逆境中遭遇患難困苦,
反而是在這段期間能成長最多。

人們都不喜歡承受『壓力、Stress』,我們都盼望能過『輕鬆安逸、Stress Free』的日子。但在忙碌、多變、無法掌控的生活中,許多人往往都因過度的緊張、壓力而充滿『焦慮、Stress Out』。但就如這句話所提醒,若是神兒女懂得時時到父神面前、倚靠神的恩典,壓力反而是能幫助我們成長。是的,在人生中,我們會遇見壓力、攻擊、疑惑、災難,但因著主的愛,這些事不會拆毀我們,反而會使我們堅強、熟練、成長。今天我們是否願意倚靠神,在祂的塑造、磨練中,不斷長大成熟,成為神更合用的器皿、而能帶祝福給更多的人呢⋯?
